My Wheelchair Should Be My Legs — Not My Battle

Most people don’t think twice about their legs — they simply carry them.
They don’t bruise them, cut them, or break under them. But my legs are wheels. And right now, those wheels are failing me.

My wheelchair is broken; the frame is bent, a wheel is cracked, and the brakes are failing. Constant strain causes pain; this is damaging, not supportive.
It no longer supports my body — it injures it.
The seat leaves deep marks. The frame digs into me.

What should be freedom has become pain.

Just like anyone else deserves legs that work, I deserve a chair that protects me, supports me, and moves with ease — not against me.

That’s why I’m asking for help.

I’m raising funds to replace my current chair with one that’s safe, functional, and built for my body. Not just to move, but to live with dignity, freedom, and peace.

Every kind gesture, no matter how small, transforms individual struggles into a collective network of support.
